Return
Sweet dreams matter to us! That’s why we want you to be satisfied with every detail. In the event you are not thrilled with your items, we want to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For refund or exchange, items must be unlaundered/unworn/unaltered and all tags must be attached and returned in original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@slumbersleepwear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Visit slumbersleepwear.com/returns to initiate a return and you will be emailed a prepaid return label. We'd also be happy to initiate a return or exchange for you, please contact customer service at: returns@slumbersleepwear.com.
Items should be returned new, unworn and with all original tags and labels still attached. We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the above specified conditions. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
